Andrew, Head of Sovereign’s civil team, has vast experience of all areas of personal injury and clinical negligence work having specialised in this field since joining the Bar.
In his clinical negligence practice he works for Claimants, Health Trusts and GPs undertaking cases of all types up to the most serious cerebral palsy negligent birth claims. He regularly deals with solicitor’s negligence in personal injury claims and also work involving Professional Disciplinary tribunals.
