Profile:

Andrew has a vast experience of all areas of personal injury and clinical negligence work having specialised in this field since joining the Bar.

In his clinical negligence practice he works for Claimants, Health Trusts and GPs undertaking cases of all types up to the most serious cerebral palsy negligent birth claims.

Andrew undertakes work in all areas of personal injury law, particularly catastrophic injury claims. He specialises in industrial disease work in respect of which he regularly lectures.

Andrew has been routinely noted in Chambers and Partners Directory editorial as a ‘band 1’ Leading Junior in his field. In 2008 he was described as a “first class practitioner whom clients trust implicitly…A real star…Clever in Court and astute in negotiations.” In 2007 he was regarded as “a polished performer with a charming and urbane manner”.
