In the early years of her practice Felicity’s work was wide-ranging, covering crime, family, personal injury and general common law. In recent years she has specialised in serious crime, prosecuting and defending particularly in cases involving sexual and violent offences.

Cases have included murder and manslaughter and various high profile sexual cases including the defence of a police officer charged with the rape of a colleague at the police training college. Felicity has also prosecuted a number of major drugs cases and serious public disorder cases including a ten-handed violent disorder in which she appeared as leading counsel for the prosecution.

Her sittings as Recorder in the Crown and County Courts are throughout the North Eastern Circuit
