Since 2005, Fiona has been a part-time lecturer at BPP College of Professional Studies on the BVC. She regularly lectures on the Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Family modules.

Fiona has a primarily civil law background and draws upon her previous work experience in the commercial sector. She has regularly appeared for both Claimants and Defendants in commercial and contractual disputes. She advises and appears at all stages of health and safety at work claims. She also has significant experience in representing families and insurers at Coroner's inquest hearings.
Fiona has also previously prosecuted on behalf of specialist prosecuting agencies including the Department for Work and Pensions, HM Revenue and Customs and the Child Support Agency.
