Since 2005, Fiona has been a part-time lecturer at BPP College of Professional Studies on the BVC. She regularly lectures on the Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Family modules.
Fluent French, Intermediate Spanish, Intermediate German.
Fiona advises and appears at all stages of Multi Track and Fast Track litigation for both Claimants and Defendants.
She is also experienced working as a member of a large fraud team handling all stages of road traffic accident frauds. In addition, Fiona has regularly appeared for both Claimants and Defendants in occupier's liability and employer's liability cases, contractual disputes, commercial disputes and Landlord and Tenant disputes. She also has experience in appeals from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and has represented families and insurers at Coroner's inquest hearings.
In addition to Court work Fiona has a busy paper practice and is regularly instructed to provide advices in relation to both liability and quantum. She is also happy to draft pleadings where necessary.
