Fiona advises and appears at all stages of Fast Track and Small Claims litigation, for both Claimants and Defendants. Additionally, some experience has been gained on the multi-track at interlocutory hearings. Her areas of practice include all manner of personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, employers' liability, occupiers' liability, local authority liability and credit hire claims. She is also experienced working as a member of a large fraud team handling all stages of road traffic accident frauds. In addition, Fiona has regularly appeared for both Claimants and Defendants in contractual disputes, commercial disputes and Landlord and Tenant disputes. She also has experience in appeals from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and has represented families and insurers at Coroner's inquest hearings.
In addition to Court work, Fiona regularly provides written advices and pleadings.
