Stephen has a broad family practice with considerable experience of both Public and Private law proceedings. He has conducted Care Proceedings for various local authorities and on behalf of parents and other parties, both in his own right and as a led junior. He has also advised and represented parties at all stages of private Children Act proceedings as well as at all stages of injunction proceedings.
