Stephen has a broad criminal practice with experience of both prosecuting and defending at all levels. He has advised and defended clients in most types of criminal case including matters of drugs, violence, harassment, kidnap, dishonesty and conspiracy to defraud. Stephen also has experience of defending the full range of road traffic offences. As well as prosecuting on behalf of the CPS he has prosecuted on behalf of various private agencies, including HM Revenue and Customs, the Department of Revenue and Customs and the West Yorkshire Fire and Safety Authority.
