A former pupil of a now Employment Tribunal Chairperson, Sarah Holmes-Willis represents both Claimants and Respondents in the Employment Tribunal and has appeared in the EAT. She is an able focused and experienced negotiator whose conflict resolution skills enable her to both take “the heat” out a case and establish a way forward. She deals with all aspects of employment law and has a particular interest in Discrimination Law, an area in which she has advised Local Authorities.
