Stephen Grattage has a breadth of experience in regulatory and regulatory crime work. He has been instructed on behalf of the Environment Agency, Health and Safety Executive, Child Support Agency, Department of Work and Pensions and the Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office.
He has acted for defendants and appellants in such matters and also before the Social Security and Child Support Appeals Tribunal.
Stephen has advised and acted for the National Health Service in bringing a private prosecution of a criminal matter.
