Mark McKone is a criminal practitioner with 20 years experience on behalf of the Prosecution and Defence. He has prosecuted with most Government Departments, in particular for Her Majesty's Revenue and Excise and the Department for Work and Pensions.

He has represented police officers and solicitors at disciplinary hearings.

He has attended regular lectures on this area of law. He has previously worked for an accountancy firm and is confident in cases involving accounts and company / insolvency issues.
