Peter practises exclusively in the field of insurance fraud and has done so for many years.  He has extensive experience of defending motor, employer’s liability and household insurance claims.  His motor claims experience includes counter fraud ring work. 

Peter is instructed by all the major solicitors acting in this area and appears in court nationwide.  He is regularly instructed specifically at the request of major insurers. 

Peter is often instructed at the pre-litigation stage and works on all aspects of a case through to and including trial.  His pleadings regularly receive high praise from clients and Judges.  Many claims are abandoned following receipt of one of Peter’s Defences.  He is a very experienced and successful trial advocate. 

Peter is frequently called upon to provide lectures to his solicitor clients in this ever evolving area of the law and was recently invited to address the industry wide network IFIG at their London seminar.
