Matthew's practice is exclusively Civil with a particular emphasis on Insurance Fraud and Property Disputes.

Matthew was part of the initial Fraud Team of 4 at Sovereign Chambers and has helped develop this Team into one of the leading Fraud Teams in the country.  In particular, Matthew has been involved in the development of the law concerning Exaggerated Claims.

Matthew has a reputation for thorough and effective cross-examination as well as a prompt and reliable paper work practice.

Matthew has an equally established and effective Commercial Practice principally involving Contract Disputes and Property Disputes (TOLATA, Rights of Way, Adverse Possession & Leases).

In addition, Matthew undertakes contentious Probate Work and regularly attends Mediations and Hearings concerning the same.
