Working as part of Sovereign Chamber’s specialist Civil Fraud Team, Roger acts particularly for insurer backed Defendants, where allegations or imputations of fraud arise. He has gained depth of experience in Fast and Multi Track trials in personal injury. Roger’s expertise covers road traffic accidents and other areas such as in the employment setting. He can lend his expertise in Landlord and Tenant Law to the area of personal injury of occupants and tenants.
Roger prides himself in drafting easily read, but complex defences and applications concerning allegations or imputations of fraud; joinder of parties; amendment, pleading statutes; subrogated claims; Part 18 Questions and Replies.
Roger claims expertise in contested disclosure, costs and strike out hearings in a fraud setting. Roger has niche expertise in the Package Travel Regulations.
