Sally has been practising in the arena of general Civil law since she started in chambers in 1999.
She undertakes a wide variety of cases, but specialises in all aspects of Personal Injury work; including all road traffic cases, all Health and Safety at work and other associated legislation cases, and all Highway and Road Works Cases. She conducts a vast amount of paperwork, and is more than happy to assist in the drafting of any documents, or provide written advice as and when required.
She accepts cases in Travel and Tourism Law, and also within the employment arena (particularly Sexual and racial discrimination cases). In addition, she undertakes work within the professional negligence sphere, including solicitor’s negligence.
She deals with cases across all tracks, and for both Defendants and Claimants alike.
Sally does not stand on ceremony and is more than approachable, being prepared to assist by any means; including telephone and email, with flexible conferencing and site visit arrangements to suit both clients and instructing solicitors.
Sally is a member of the Personal Injury Law Bar Association.
