Adam appears in the High Court and the County Court in commercial property disputes, particularly in claims for possession orders and injunctions concerning public houses.

Adam is instructed in high-value claims on behalf of mortgage companies seeking possession of residential property and also in residential landlord and tenant disputes.

Adam is also experienced in actions between neighbours, having acted in nuisance claims and also in private prosecutions under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
