Adam has practised in this field since pupillage. He is now mainly instructed in both fast and multi-track matters. He is happy to accept instructions on a conditional fee basis. He has particular experience of: road traffic claims (including those involving alleged low velocity impacts and credit hire disputes); employer’s liability (including industrial disease and associated Limitation Act points, as well as one-off accidents); and public liability.
