David was called to the Bar in 1996 since when he has practised in a variety of areas of contentious litigation including personal injury claims (particularly road traffic accidents); civil claims; and bankruptcy. He has also undertaken environmental law work. David has practiced offshore, being admitted as a senior associate litigation attorney in the Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies.
David also has considerable experience of coroner’s inquests and court martial trials.
