Diana undertook a mixed pupillage under Stephen Bedeau, who is now an Employment Tribunal Chairman in London. During this and the early years of her career, she undertook a wide range of employment cases throughout the Yorkshire region, including contested unfair dismissal cases. More recently, Diana has appeared at the Leeds ET.
Diana’s practice has included crime, where she has become known for her thorough preparation and clear presentation of cases, whether complex or straightforward. She shows a good understanding of the needs of all who come into contact with the law and is able to get on well with people of all backgrounds. Diana’s extensive experience of work in fraud and other areas compliments her current work in civil matters, including employment law.
Diana brings over a decade of trial and preparation experience in complex matters to cases of all levels. Diana accepts instructions in all aspects of Employment Law.
