Diana began her career with a general pupillage under Stephen Bedeau and Steven Garth and after a few years decided to specialise in general crime and now continues to appear in Criminal cases throughout the North Eastern Circuit. She gained experience prosecuting as an Agent for CPS and now appears in many types of Criminal Cases. She undertakes a variety of work, including drug, violence, sex and dishonesty cases for CPS and is also instructed by Government departments including DPW, the Environment Agency and continues to prosecute Revenue and Customs cases since they came under the auspices of CPS.
Diana is well regarded for her thorough preparation and clear presentation of cases.
Diana is a Grade 3 Prosecutor, but has also prosecuted Grade 4 cases.
