Tom prosecutes and defends a wide range of allegations in his own right, appearing in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. 

He has been led in a number of cases, most notably in the prosecution of a murder in which the Defendant, who was convicted, was a child.

He is experienced in road traffic law and has defended numerous fatal and near fatal road traffic accident cases.
