Toni’s pupillage and early years as a tenant covered a mixed variety of practices and included exposure to a number of areas of civil law, including mainly personal injury and employment cases. Since obtaining tenancy Toni has built up a substantial practice in these areas and has expanded her practice to other areas of civil law.

Toni appears at all stages of Small Claims, Fast Track and Multi Track matters, on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. Her areas of practice include road traffic accidents, personal injury claims, employment disputes, contractual disputes, and Landlord and Tenant disputes.

Toni also has a busy paper practice providing pleadings and written advice on liability and quantum.

Toni is happy to accept instructions on a Conditional Fee Agreement basis.
