Toni’s first six months of pupillage covered a mixed variety of practices and included extensive exposure to family law, including public and private law proceedings. In her second six months of pupilage and since obtaining tenancy Toni has built up a substantial practice in family law.
Toni has experience of representing both Applicants and Respondents in Public and Private law proceedings for Local Authorities and on behalf of parents. She has represented parties in Injunction Proceedings, including Committal Proceedings for breach of Injunction and has regularly appeared in contested Contact and Residence disputes. The wide range of cases Toni has appeared in has also involved Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders. She has conducted Finding of Fact Hearings in relation to allegations of domestic violence/abuse.
