Toni has experience of representing both Applicants and Repondents in Private Law Proceedings. She has represented parties in Injunction and Committal Proceedings and in applications for Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders. Toni is regularly instructed for contested Contact and Residence disputes and often represents parties in Finding of Fact Hearings involving allegations of domestic violence/abuse.
Toni’s increasing practice in Public Law Proceedings involves Interim Hearings, Finding of Fact Hearings involving serious allegations of neglect and physical, sexual and emotional abuse. Toni has represented parents and Local Authorities in cases involving such issues. Toni has successfully represented parties on many occasions in Final Hearings involving applications for Supervision Orders, Care Orders, Placement, and Special Guardianship Orders. Such hearings have often involved extensive and complex expert and factual evidence.
