Narinder's practice includes all areas of criminal law and has been instructed in serious cases involving complex areas of law such as terrorism (R v Abid Hussain Khan (2008)), Murder, large fraud, drugs and multi million pound money laundering matters (R v Bhatti Ramzan and Wattan (2002)). Narinder has prosecuted, however currently chooses to engage in defence work.
Through Narinder's career he has aquired specialised knowledge of matters involving cell site analysis involving mobile phone technology, scrutinising forensic accounts, DNA evidence and analysing specialist medical reports. Such knowledge is often vital in dismantling the central core of a prosecution case.
Additionally Narinder practices in personal injury matters and is happy to accept instructions on a Conditional Fee Agreement. He regularly provides advice and opinions on quantum and prospects of sucess in road traffic claims and employers liability.
Narinder has acted for individual appellants in immigration and asylum matters. He has experience in handling appeals before the Immigration Appeal Tribunal as well as both advising and conducting judicial review matters.
