Profile:

Toby regularly acts for both Claimants and Defendants in the field of personal injury and is happy to accept instructions on a CFA basis. A large part of his practice involves representing Defendant Insurer clients in cases where fraud has been alleged however, he also has a growing practice in the fields of occupiers’ and employers’ liability and clinical negligence.
Toby has a busy paper practice and is regularly instructed to produce advices in relation to both liability and quantum, in addition to drafting pleadings. He is happy to accept instructions via email and is always available to instructing solicitors via his mobile telephone.

Toby is regularly instructed as trial counsel in cases allocated to the multi-track and has also appeared in the High Court on a number of occasions.
