Toby acts for both Prosecution and Defence in all areas from the Youth Court to the Court of Appeal.

He has recently defended in the Crown Court in relation to charges including: Riot, Violent Disorder, s18, s20, Possession with Intent to Supply class B, Conspiracy to Rob, Burglary, Perverting the Course of Justice and Fraud by False Representation.

Toby regularly acts on behalf of the DWP and HMRC and has experience in both Prosecuting and Defending in Confiscation Proceedings. He has also defended in proceedings brought by the RSPCA.

He regularly undertakes Prison Law work with experience of adjudications and parole board hearings all over the country.
