Toby regularly acts in cases allocated to both the small and fast tracks and has a sound understanding of credit hire and expert evidence, particularly in relation to forensic engineers and doctors reports. He also regularly undertakes Infant Approval hearings.

Toby has a busy paper practice providing pleadings and written advice on liability and quantum which he always aims to turn around within a week. Toby is always available to Instructing Solicitors via his mobile telephone.
