Since joining the Bar in 2007 and completing pupillage in 2008, Janine has continued to develop her commercial practice, which also includes consumer credit, corporate insolvency and bankruptcy, for both creditors and debtors, including failed IVA’s and annulments of orders. Janine also has some experience of employment disputes and unfair dismissals.
