Janine provides advisory, drafting and advocacy services to both Claimants and Defendants.  She has experience of appearing in a range of forums from small claims, and interlocutory hearings, through to fully contested trials and appeals in the High Court.  She also has experience of appearing in the Coroner’s Court and other tribunals.
