Stephen Brown brings successful prosecution against private landlord for breaches of fire regulations.

Stephen Brown, a member of Chambers' Regulatory and Disciplinary team was instructed by South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority to prosecute a private landlord for breaches of fire regulations which were discovered after a fire at his tenanted property in Doncaster. The Defendant was fined for the breaches and South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority recovered the costs of investigating and prosecuting the offences.
