Amy Phillipson represents Claimant in Employer negligence claim

Amy Philipson, one of the leading junior members of the personal injury team, has successfully represented a Claimant in a multi track claim in Grimsby County Court against his employer for injuries sustained at work due to breaches of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.   The Claimant’s employer was found to have breached its duties to the Claimant in expecting him to use a forklift truck with boom attachments without having had adequate training.  The Claimant received a five figure sum in compensation for his injuries and loss of earnings.
