Adrian Hemingway, who owed over £2,000,000 under a confiscation order imposed for car clocking, was sentenced to a term of 7 years consecutive to 6 years imposed for failing to pay the confiscation order.
Hemingway organized and managed 3 different professional, proficient and potentially profitable industrial cannabis factories in the Dewsbury and Birstall area. After many months of involvement David Dixon successfully prosecuted Hemingway and another man called Finan for their respective parts in the criminal enterprises concerned. (Finan received an 18month sentence for being a “gardener/assistant” in relation to one of the factories. )
