Our members regularly appear before the Employment Tribunal at hearing centres throughout England and Wales, as well as at the Employment Appeal Tribunal in London, and provide an effective and responsive service.
In addition, members of the team regularly appear in the High Court on matters such as restraint of trade or breach of contract.
Our members are all computer and ICT literate and many have backgrounds or experiences in business before coming to the law. In addition to their individual strengths, our members work as a team so that our professional clients can be sure that each case will be covered with no disruption to them or to their client. Our members also assist each other whenever a range of opinion is helpful
Sovereign Chambers has facilities to accommodate large round table meetings and has connected conference rooms for use in mediation or arbitration hearings: both being areas where we have a great deal of experience. We have a 120 seat lecture theatre and an audio visual suite in house for presentations and conferencing.
